AUM Growth Guarantee Terms
Advisor provides last year's AUM growth figure and prospecting hours at sign‑up. Guarantee applies to annual plans. If growth rate does not rise by 35 percent after twelve months of documented use, next year is free.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an annual subscription plan
- Must provide documented AUM growth figures from the previous 12 months at sign-up
- Must provide documented prospecting hours from the previous 12 months at sign-up
- Must maintain active use of the platform throughout the 12-month period
Documentation Requirements
- Initial AUM figures must be verified through official custodial statements
- Prospecting hours must be documented through calendar records or time tracking
- Monthly usage reports will be generated to verify platform engagement
- Final AUM figures must be verified through official custodial statements after 12 months
Guarantee Calculation
The guarantee is based on the percentage improvement in AUM growth rate. If your AUM growth rate does not increase by at least 35% compared to your baseline year, you qualify for a free subsequent year of service.
Claim Process
To claim the guarantee, advisors must submit a formal request within 30 days of their 12-month anniversary, including all required documentation demonstrating usage and results.
Limitations
- Guarantee applies only to organic AUM growth, not acquisitions or mergers
- Market conditions and external factors will be considered in evaluation
- Minimum platform usage requirements must be met
- One guarantee claim per advisor
